He holds a Juris Doctor and BA of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Miami, and is a retired Captain of the US Marine Corps. .

In his current role as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Banco Pichincha Miami Agency, vCISO at Intercredit Bank, and vCISO at Pinvest Capital he has spearheaded strategic initiatives that enhance the institutions programs to mitigate modern threats.
Earl is adept at bridging the gap between technical teams and executive leadership. His expertise spans GRC, risk management, security architecture, and incident response. He holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems with a specialty in Information Security Management, along with the CISSP and CRISC certifications.
